We made sure that our spacious floorplans accommodate the needs of our UNLV students so that they can be successful. You can choose between 3 layouts that all feature private bedrooms and bathrooms. All apartments come fully furnished with a queen-size bed, 55” Samsung TV, Vivint Smart thermostat and individual climate control, and 10-foot concrete ceilings. Not only will you have an in-unit washer and dryer but we also have an on-site laundry room. Studio Suites feature full kitchens and expansive living areas. Premium Studio units feature dual counter depth stainless refrigerators. Select units have stunning views of the Las Vegas strip and mountains. Are you in need of more storage space?
